Purchases made on Trip.com are contracted directly with Trip.com, under its terms; Trip.com processes payment, booking and ticketing.

When direct sales are available, the purchase conditions are shown before payment.

Displayed prices come from connected suppliers or from observations of previous searches, with the date they were seen. Fares change often and are only guaranteed at booking.

Conversions to other currencies are approximate and for reference only; you are charged in the currency stated by the supplier.

Route Genius suggestions with separate tickets have no connection protection: delays or cancellations on one leg do not guarantee rebooking on the other. This risk is always shown before you choose.

Alerts are sent subject to supplier and delivery channel availability. You can pause or delete alerts at any time.

Automated bulk queries, attempts to bypass usage limits and unlawful use are prohibited.

FlyXperience is responsible for the services it provides under Brazilian consumer law. Issues with bookings made on Trip.com must be handled with Trip.com; our support helps you get there.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers may always use the courts of their place of residence.
